We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute General Manager to lead hotel operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of delivering business results in a highly competitive hospitality environment while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the hotel.
  • Drive revenue performance across rooms, food & beverage, meetings, and events.
  • Maximize market share through strong commercial and revenue management strategies.
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and service excellence.
  • Develop and retain top talent through coaching and leadership development.
  • Strengthen relationships with ownership, corporate offices, and business partners.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiencies while maintaining brand compliance.
  • Ensure achievement of financial targets and long-term business objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of hospitality leadership experience, including General Manager experience within branded hotels.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality landscape, including corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
  • Proven track record of delivering RevPAR growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong financial, commercial, and operational management capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
