We are looking for a skilled and reliable General Technician to join our team and support the maintenance operations at our Staff Accommodation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in general maintenance and be able to respond quickly to repair and maintenance requirements while ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our Team Members.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable General Technician to join our team and support the maintenance operations at our Staff Accommodation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in general maintenance and be able to respond quickly to repair and maintenance requirements while ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our Team Members.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance works across the staff accommodation buildings.
- Attend to maintenance requests related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, AC, and general building maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, facilities, and equipment to identify maintenance requirements.
- Perform AC cleaning, basic servicing, and preventive maintenance as required.
- Carry out minor electrical repairs, plumbing works, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergencies raised by Team Members.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to an acceptable standard.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance materials properly.
- Report major defects, equipment failures, and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Support contractors and specialized technicians when required.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas after completing maintenance tasks.
- Follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and accommodation policies and procedures.
- Be flexible to work in a remote location and support the accommodation team based on operational requirements.
- Previous experience as a General Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, AC, painting, and general maintenance.
- Experience in staff accommodation, hotel, resort, or residential property maintenance is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Safety-conscious and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to live and work in a remote resort location.
