As a Government Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's interactions with government agencies and officials. This position is responsible for assisting in the management of government relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering positive relationships with government stakeholders.

- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with government agencies and officials.
- Monitor and stay informed about changes in government regulations and policies.
- Provide support in preparing and submitting documents and reports to government authorities.
- Assist in representing the organization in discussions, negotiations, and meetings with government stakeholders.
- Support efforts to resolve government-related issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with government regulations.
- Assist in ensuring that the organization complies with all legal and regulatory obligations.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on industry-specific regulations and their impact.
- Help build a network of contacts within the government and related industries.
- Communicate government-related matters and updates to colleagues.
- Assist in government audits and investigations as necessary.
- Support in managing government relations budgets and expenditures.
- Monitor visa and passport expirations for colleagues and take necessary actions.
- Maintain a tracking list for trade licenses and ensure timely renewals to prevent fines.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
