Introduction

Quality Coordinator ensures operational standards, processes, and products align with company policies and industry regulations. Responsibilities include supporting quality audits, managing compliance documentation, tracking quality metrics, and assisting team members with continuous improvement efforts

Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Organize and update Quality Management System (QMS) records, policy manuals, and compliance forms.
  • Auditing: Help prepare for internal and external audits, document findings, and track corrective action plans (CAPA).
  • Data Tracking: Gather performance metrics, log discrepancies, and prepare reports on quality trends.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Act as a liaison between departments, assisting in communication and quality training for staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline.
