Graphics Designer

Addmind is a privately owned hospitality group and the leading food and beverage management and concept creation company in the Middle East, with a growing international portfolio of restaurants, bars and lounges, beach clubs, nightlife venues, and hotels.

We are looking for a versatile Graphics Designer who can work across digital, social media and offline brand communication, with strong capabilities in both static design and animation.

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, CRM and paid media.
• Create offline materials including menus, flyers, invitations, posters, signage, venue branding and print collateral.
• Develop animated assets, motion graphics, GIFs, reels and short-form video content.
• Adapt key visuals across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Work closely with the marketing, social media, events and operations teams on campaigns and activations.
• Support event and DJ communication including artist announcements, lineups, stories, event branding and promotional materials.
• Edit and retouch photography and prepare artist press-kit materials when required.
• Support basic content creation including shooting simple photos/videos and developing social-first visual concepts.
• Prepare artwork correctly for both digital publishing and professional printing.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality and nightlife environment.
  

Requirements

• Strong portfolio covering branding, social media, digital and print design.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Motion design and animation skills using After Effects and/or similar software.
• Video editing knowledge using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools.
• Comfortable working across different creative and design software.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, branding and visual hierarchy.
• Basic photography and content-creation skills are a strong advantage.
• Ability to translate a creative brief into strong visual concepts, not simply execute templates.
• Awareness of current hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, music and social-media design trends.
• Experience in hospitality, nightlife, F&B, entertainment or lifestyle brands is preferred.
