Job Description

As a PR Coordinator at Gucci, your role is to build strong relationships with media, influencers and regional celebrities. Under the Management of the Communications Manager, you will have to deliver outstanding press & social coverage and be an excellent ambassador for the brand. Key Accountabilities
• Planning of the shooting calendar & organization of photo/video shoots, native campaigns
• Negotiations for online & print visibility with key regional media across 6 markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, South Africa)
• Management of local & international samples requests for photoshoots & dressings
• Media list management, regular meetings with key partners
• Press announcements preparation (press releases, new stores or pop-up shoots)
• Influencers & KOL relationships management – scouting, seeding campaigns, photoshoots, negotiations for coverage, talent mapping
• Regional celebrities’ relationships – international appearances, dressings, cover shoots
• Organization of press trip incl. logistics and validation from HQ
• Support with translations/ proof reading for paid social campaigns & press releases
• Sensitivity checks of global ad campaigns and assets as per regional/cultural markets specifics
• Orders of press samples for all categories (RTW, Accessories, Décor, etc.)
• Alignment with local merchandising to ensure all communications are consistent with regional assortment & priorities
• Samples movement tracking through Fashion GPS platform, look books creation. Gifts stock management
• Media monitoring and reporting to Global, regional HQ (print/online coverage, press activations, seeding campaigns)
• Competitor’s monitoring
• PR expenses management & tracking – contracts, payments follow-up, approvals, recording. Support during audit
• Market visits & organization of press days
