About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Guest Room Attendant to join the resort’s Hotel Housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Report on time wearing the correct uniform and name tag as per company policy.
• Attend shift-start briefings in designated areas led by your supervisor.
• Be aware of company values, behavior and actions, like Forbes 5-Star Classification.
• Be fully trained on resort standards and daily task procedures.
• Use and maintain chemicals, supplies, and equipment according to resort guidelines.
• Prepare and replenish assigned guest rooms and suites to resort standards.
• Manage mobile supplier/collector carts carefully to avoid corridor damage.
• Operate machinery safely and maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and personalize interactions using guest names.
• Be familiar with hotel services and local attractions to assist guest inquiries.
• Protect hotel property in your work area and report any issues.
• Perform full room servicing including dusting, linen changes, vacuuming, and amenity replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health, safety, and hygiene policies.
• Be ready for flexible shifts and complete all assigned tasks using the task device properly.
• Report malfunctions, lost items, unusual behavior, and participate in inventory when required.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous Hotel experience as Guest Room Attendant of at least 2 years
• High School diploma, vocational training and/or 1-year work experience
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
