The Concierge team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi creates memorable first and last impressions for every guest. As ambassadors of the hotel, the team delivers intuitive service, personalized assistance, and seamless experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
As a Guest Service Associate – Bell, you will report to the Bell Captain and work closely with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams to ensure every arrival, stay, and departure is effortless and memorable.
As a Guest Service Associate – Bell, you will play an important role in welcoming guests to Rosewood Abu Dhabi and ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their stay.
You will assist with luggage handling, room escorts, deliveries, and guest requests while providing knowledgeable guidance on hotel facilities and local attractions. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality will contribute to creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive assistance throughout their arrival and departure experience
- Transport and handle guest luggage safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Escort guests to their rooms and introduce hotel facilities, services, and room features
- Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and service needs with a personalized approach
- Assist with deliveries, messages, packages, laundry, and other concierge-related services
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of lobby areas, luggage storage areas, and bell equipment
- You have experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge, or a customer-facing environment
- You are passionate about creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional service
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and professional demeanor
- You possess strong knowledge of guest service standards and enjoy anticipating guest needs
- You are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- You communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are highly valued
