Job Summary
You will lead the Hard Services Division, ensuring seamless and efficient operations that sustain facility, equipment, and attraction maintenance at the core of our business. This pivotal role demands expertise in managing multi-faceted systems—HVAC, plumbing, irrigation, gas, firefighting, civil works, and kitchen equipment—to optimize facility functionality. You will plan and direct all maintenance aspects, conduct cost-saving analyses, and supervise third-party contractors to uphold operational excellence while reducing overheads. Your responsibilities include driving an annual preventive maintenance program, budgeting, recruitment, and technical review processes to deliver exceptional service reliability, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Leading as a strategic problem-solver, you will cultivate a culture of efficiency, innovation, and meticulous execution throughout the facilities team.

Job Summary
You will lead the Hard Services Division, ensuring seamless and efficient operations that sustain facility, equipment, and attraction maintenance at the core of our business. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all leisure facility maintenance operations, driving P&L accountability by aligning expenditures with budgetary goals through periodic finance discussions.
- Conduct comprehensive performance reviews and disciplinary actions while fostering career growth and success for direct reports.
- Oversee contractor and vendor supervision, schedule 3rd-party manpower monthly, and approve contractor scope of work to ensure operational efficiency.
- Execute project management duties for new constructions in alignment with park strategies, ensuring alignment with technical, safety, and design requirements.
- Develop and enforce Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) programs via CMMS tools while maintaining optimal inventory levels for critical spare parts.
- Support department colleagues and collaborate across parks' operational teams to resolve facilities-related issues and address task requests expeditiously.
- Sign off on project completion certificates and issue Permits to Work (PTW) for vendors and subcontractors while monitoring compliance with labor hours and training protocols.
- Establish and track departmental KPIs and strategic initiatives to monitor performance, efficiency, and equipment uptime.
- Ensure CMMS data accuracy and timely updates, reviewing technical documentation while collaborating with other maintenance teams for cohesive operations.
- Provide input for facilities-related budgeting, ensuring adherence to compliance policies and regulatory standards such as HACCP and HSE guidelines.
- Attend to safety log issues from HSE, promote rigorous training sessions, and ensure safe workplace compliance for colleagues and guests.
- Oversee facility/attraction installations, refurbishments, and design reviews to optimize functionality and integrate operational recommendations, ensuring alignment with specifications and budgetary constraints.
- Complete third-party inspections in coordination with EHS, maintain service level agreements (SLA), and participate in the Park 'Duty Manager' program.
- Lead asset management and inventory processes, and implement cost-saving programs, alongside the development of maintenance policies and procedures.
- Actively support other cross-departmental activities and uphold fire life safety systems performance, continuously prioritizing park safety.
- Liaise with business units and stakeholders regarding scheduled maintenance disruptions and provide oversight to realize objective-based maintenance goals.
- Qualification as an HVAC, Gas, Oil, Civil, or Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in facilities management.
- Certified Facilities Manager or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of on-site installation, commissioning, or supervisory experience as a HVAC/Electrical/Civil/Gas/Oil Engineer.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams of engineers, contractors, or skilled technical personnel.
- Fluency in spoken and written English with an emphasis on clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, project management expertise, and cost-control experience.
- Technical proficiency in BMS systems, HVAC equipment (FAHU, AHU, FCU), boilers, pumping systems, fire suppression, water treatment systems, and basic/foundational electrical engineering skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet KPIs and execute training programs effectively.
- Skilled in using MS Office products proficiently (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for operational and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of electrical design, lighting, and power distribution engineering, alongside fire alarm and suppression systems.
- Experience in thematic park, hospitality, or similar recreational industry management roles.
- Previous background in preventative maintenance planning, engineering design, and facility refurbishments.
- Familiarity with CAD and CMMS software (MAXIMO, CAFM, etc.) and strong application of project management standards.
- Hands-on landscaping experience and familiarity with oil and gas infrastructure.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and safety management systems, particularly in high-responsibility environments.
