In response, a new AI Enablement Unit has been formed to lead the effort to define and implement an AI strategy and embed AI into the fabric of the MIC organization.

What you will do:

We are seeking a Head of AI Strategy and Transformation to join the AI Enablement team who can:

• Continuously evaluate align AI ambitions with evolving business priorities, market shifts, and innovation, to keep MIC on the next frontier
• Shape and align enterprise-wide AI transformation programs, including the completion of an annual Enterprise AI Maturity Assessment and peer benchmarking to drive
• Work closely with investment platforms to scale AI value across the portfolio, including maintaining an AI Playbook with practical AI adoption accelerators
• Design and operationalize an enterprise AI scorecard, aligning AI priorities to business and corporate scorecards and monitor value realization
• Fuel the AI change agenda, partnering with Human Capital on AI skills and learning pathways to drive the cultural shifts required to embed AI and build the AI workforce of the future
• Partner with ecosystem partners across industry, academia, and regulators to support the transformation and represent MIC in high-impact engagements
