What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the brand management team
• Be accountable for the global brand strategy
• Act as a strategic consultant to the international growth team for adequate brand marketing strategies and planning
• Shaping PR, social media and influencer marketing activities as well as marketing cooperations
• Lead our offline marketing activities (planning, creatives, execution, measurement)
• Take ownership of all TV campaigns (creation, execution, media and budget planning)
• Ensure that our brand touch points fit our overall brand strategy
• measure and track brand activities through KPIs
  
  

What You’ll Need

• University degree in a relevant field
• Several years of demonstrated success in brand marketing
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with competing and ever-changing tasks and challenges
• Experience with building and leading diverse teams
• Understanding of the current marketing tools
• Understanding of the needs of a digital business model (incl. performance marketing, conversion rate optimization)
• Very good analytical skills and a conceptual thinking
• A strong customer-focused mindset and a hands-on mentality
