Capgemini Invent is seeking a Head of Data & AI to build, lead, and scale the Data & AI business in the Middle East comprising of KSA and the UAE.

This is a senior growth leadership role, focused on building the business, establishing senior client relationships, and scaling a team, rather than hands‑on solution delivery.

The role is a critical pillar in Capgemini Invent’s Middle East growth strategy and will play a central role in strengthening the firm’s presence within large‑scale national transformation programs, particularly in the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Market Leadership

• Own and grow the Data & AI portfolio in the Middle East, with full accountability for market development and revenue growth
• Act as the senior Data & AI leader and client-facing executive in the Saudi market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior government and enterprise stakeholders, particularly in the Public Sector
• Position Capgemini Invent’s Data & AI value proposition, leveraging global capabilities and delivery at scale
  
  

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Established network with senior stakeholders across KSA and UAE working with:
• Government entities & semi-government organizations
• PIF portfolio companies
• Regulatory authorities
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments with high governance and sensitivity
  

Team & Capability Building

• Establish and scale the Data & AI organization in Saudi Arabia, starting from a small core team
• Recruit, develop, and lead high‑caliber talent, with the potential to onboard trusted team members
• Operate effectively within a matrix model, mobilizing regional and global expertise across Capgemini and Invent
  
  

Strategy & Internal Orchestration

• Define and execute the local Data & AI strategy aligned with Capgemini Invent’s Middle East ambitions
• Work closely with industry leaders across Public Sector, Financial Services, Telco (STC), and CPRD
• Partner with global and regional leaders to deliver integrated client solutions
  
  

Expected Experience

• Experience from Tier 1 consulting company
• Strong credibility in Data & AI-led Transformations
• Proven track record in building business relationships and teams
  
  

Market & Cultural Fit

• Arabic language
• Strong understanding of, and ideally hands‑on experience in the Middle Eastern markets
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and motivated by building a business in a developing market
