The Role

As Head Sommelier, you own the wine story of our beachfront destination. You'll build a list that captures the spirit of the French Riviera and the LPM table, guide guests to the perfect pairing, and bring your team along with you. Part curator, part host, part teacher — you make wine feel generous and effortless, never intimidating.

What You'll Do

• Curate and evolve a wine list that complements the menu and captures the LPM x Riviera spirit
• Host and guide guests with warm, personalized recommendations and pairings
• Lead, train and develop the sommelier team, and educate the wider floor on wine
• Manage cellar, inventory, ordering and stock so the right bottle is always ready
• Taste and approve everything before service — condition and storage are on you
• Champion premium selections and grow wine revenue without ever losing the hospitality
• Create memorable wine moments: tastings, wine dinners and special events
  
  
  

What You Need

• 6–8 years in luxury hospitality, with 3–5 in a senior or leadership wine role
• Formal certification (WSET or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for wine — and for sharing it in a warm, unpretentious way
• Strong list-building, cellar and inventory management experience
• A natural host and teacher who lifts the team around them
• Depth in French and Mediterranean regions is a real plus
