Head Waiter- KIGO (Japanese Speaker)

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Head Waiter to join our team at KIGO, our contemporary Japanese dining concept located within the Four Seasons Hotel DIFC in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter within a high-end Japanese or fine-dining restaurant
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest engagement
• Previous experience leading and supporting front-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Passion for Japanese cuisine, culture, and exceptional hospitality
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
