Key Responsibilities
- Guest Reception & Seating Management:
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and dignity adhering to fine dining standards.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and VIP guest seating with precision and discretion.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and manage optimal table rotation.
- Customer Service & Guest Experience:
- Anticipate guest needs, manage dietary preferences, and resolve inquiries gracefully.
- Oversee reservation channels (phone, WhatsApp) and maintain detailed guest profiles.
- Coordinate with servers, captains, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service flow.
- Communicate VIP arrivals and special occasions to the team.
- Support service staff during peak hours to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, posture, and uniform presentation.
- Ensure front entrance and waiting areas are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within fine dining or high-end hospitality is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
- English: Professional fluency required.
- Arabic: Professional proficiency is a strong advantage.
