As a Hostess (Arabic Speaker), you’re not just overseeing the seamless execution of daily banquet operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Lead the guest arrival and seating experience, creating a warm and personalized first impression.
• Coordinate reservations, VIP arrivals, walk-ins, and table allocations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Anticipate guest needs, recognize preferences, and deliver personalized Hilton hospitality.
• Lead and support the front-of-house team during busy periods, maintaining service standards and efficiency.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly, escalating complex concerns when required.
• Coach and support team members on guest engagement, communication, and service standards.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Front Office teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the dining experience.
• Manage special occasions, VIP arrangements, and guest requests with attention to detail.
• Promote a guest-first culture while maintaining DoubleTree by Hilton brand and operational standards.

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Current or previous hotel experience is an advantage.
• Food & Beverage / Restaurant Operations training
• Guest Service and Customer Experience training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Proficiency in hotel reservation and POS systems
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must; additional languages are an advantage
