Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood café for the modern city, where French Riviera spirit meets everyday urban life. All-day dining, done beautifully. Content that feels alive. A brand that shows up everywhere it should. Nothing overcomplicated. Everything just right.
Dubai opens soon and other locations are already in development. We are looking for the person who will help build the brand from the ground up and grow with us as we expand.
What This Role Is
You keep every corner of Le Café LPM clean, safe, and presented to brand standards - from the dining room to the restrooms, from the entrance to the back of house.
As we grow, you grow with us. This role has real scope.
What We Are Looking For
Attention to Detail: Nothing gets past you - every surface, fixture, and space is clean, tidy, and presented to Le Café LPM standards.
Reliability: You show up, you follow through, and the team can count on you to keep the space in order every single shift.
Service Mindset: You understand that cleanliness is part of the guest experience. You take pride in making Le Café LPM a place people feel good walking into.
Responsiveness: Spills, incidents, cleaning needs during service: you respond promptly and discreetly. Unusual situations are escalated to your manager without delay.

- A positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail are most valued.
