As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’re not just ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Room Cleaning — Keep guest rooms spotless by making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and completing deep‑cleaning tasks when required.
• Linen & Amenity Replenishment — Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities according to hotel standards.
• Supply Management — Stock, organize, and transport the housekeeping trolley daily, ensuring all supplies are available.
• Guest Service — Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests to enhance their stay experience.
• Room Inspection Support — Report maintenance issues, lost‑and‑found items, and room status updates to the supervisor.
• Safety & Hygiene Compliance — Follow all safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and hygiene standards.
