About Dubai Foundation for Women and Children:
The Dubai Foundation for Women and Children is the first authorized non-profit shelter and humanitarian care in the United Arab Emirates to care for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and victims of human trafficking. It was established in late 2007 in order to provide victims with immediate shelter, protection and support services, in accordance with international human rights conventions.

- الإشراف اليومي على مرافق السكن والتأكد من جاهزيتها وسلامتها .
- التعامل مع المشكلات اليومية والشكاوى والعمل على حلها أو رفعها للجهات المختصة .
- مراقبة السلوكيات العامة داخل السكن وتعزيز الالتزام والانضباط .
- التنسيق مع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين بشأن الحالات التي تستدعي المتابعة .
- الإشراف على نظافة السكن وصيانة المرافق والتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة لمعالجة الأعطال .
- إعداد التقارير الدورية عن أوضاع السكن والمقيمين ورفعها للإدارة .
- الإشراف على تنفيذ خطط الطوارئ والإخلاء والتأكد من جاهزية وسائل السلامة .
- تنظيم الأنشطة والبرامج التوعوية والترفيهية للمقيمين بالتنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية .
- متابعة احتياجات المقيمين والعمل على توفيرها وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة .
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن الحوادث أو المخمتابعة التزام المقيمين بالأنظمة والتعليمات والسياسات المعتمدة .
- استقبال المقيمين الجدد وإجراء التعريف بالسكن ولوائحه وإجراءاته .
- إعداد وتنظيم سجلات المقيمين وتحديث بياناتهم بشكل مستمر .
- متابعة الحضور والانصراف والإجازات والتصاريح الخاصة بالمقيمينالفات أو الحالات الطارئة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة .
