HR Director (Dubai)

Our client, a well-established corporate healthcare group in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced and highly capable HR Director to lead its Human Resources function across the group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of HR leadership within A-Class hospitals or reputable healthcare groups, with extensive experience in both strategic Human Resources management and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, strengthening recruitment operations, attracting top healthcare professionals, and ensuring effective HR management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall Human Resources function across the hospital group.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring qualified healthcare professionals.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract Consultants, Specialists, senior medical professionals, nursing staff, and non-clinical employees.
• Oversee workforce planning, manpower requirements, and recruitment budgets across the group.
• Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and other talent sourcing channels.
• Lead HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee organizational development, succession planning, talent management, and employee retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable healthcare employment regulations.
• Lead, develop, and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services across the organization.
• Monitor HR performance indicators, recruitment timelines, workforce costs, and employee turnover.
• Advise senior management on HR strategy, organizational structure, workforce planning, and people-related matters.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, organizational culture, and overall workforce performance.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional HR qualification is a plus.
• Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as an HR Director or Head of HR.
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in a senior HR leadership role within a well-established, reputable hospital group. (REQUIRED)
• Current or recent experience with A-Class hospitals or well-established corporate healthcare groups. (REQUIRED)
• Strong expertise in both Human Resources Management and Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience managing large-scale healthcare recruitment and workforce planning.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and healthcare employment requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic management skills.
• Ability to lead HR operations and recruitment functions at a corporate group level.
