- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, leave and attendance.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
- Support employee relations, performance management and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and prepare HR reports.
- Support visa/work permit and other employee-related processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE Labour Law .
