Job Summary
The role will be based in Abu Dhabi but you will be required to travel to Dubai once or twice a week.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for supporting the HR Director on a strategic and operational level
- You will have a team of 3 and report to the HR Director. You will be required to look after employee relations, policies and procedures, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits.
- You will also support the HR Director on implementing HR initiatives and projects
