Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives.
Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
Design and manage Performance Management Systems.
Drive Employee Engagement and Organizational Development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams and strengthen HR processes.
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
Foster a positive workplace culture that supports employee growth and business success.
Requirements
Proven HR management experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
Experience in developing HR systems, policies, and people strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing organization.
