Job Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists in developing, reviewing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor regulations. Supports policy communication, implementation, and employee awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Review and update HR policies in line with business requirements and labor regulations.
• Support policy communication and employee awareness initiatives.
• Conduct policy benchmarking and research.
• Assist in policy interpretation and application.
