Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Commissioning Engineer, who will be based in our site Office.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified HSE Engineer with ADNOC approval to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The HSE Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with ADNOC regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
  • Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers etc.
  • Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.
  • Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
  • Ability to develop HSE plans, Emergency response procedures/plans.
  • Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.
  • Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.
  • Ability to speak, read & write English with good communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
  • NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group) Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion.
  • Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
  • Incident Investigation techniques.
  • Minimum 15 years’ with at least Minimum 3 Years as Lead HSE role in HSE in oil & gas or petrochemical industries, Construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations
