Job Summary

Al Marwan Group is hiring an HSE Officer to ensure compliance with UAE health, safety and environmental regulations across mechanical and construction operations while promoting a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the HSE Officer include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company policies

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

• Implement safety procedures and corrective actions

• Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports

• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks

• Monitor heavy equipment and mobile plant safety

• Maintain HSE documentation and records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical or related field preferred)

• 2+ years of UAE experience in the construction/mechanical industry

• NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory); IOSH preferred

• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations

• Proficient in MS Office

• English & Hindi required; Arabic is an advantage

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Immediate joiners preferred
