Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Information Technology Coordinator to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will provide essential IT support and coordination services to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be efficient, analytical, and committed to delivering professional technical support while maintaining meticulous documentation and organization of IT systems and resources.

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
• Manage and monitor IT ticketing systems, prioritizing requests and tracking resolution progress
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software applications, and peripherals across the organization
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and authentication systems with attention to security protocols
• Maintain accurate inventory records of IT equipment, licenses, and software assets
• Coordinate with IT team members and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing
• Assist with network monitoring and basic infrastructure support under the guidance of senior IT staff
• Provide user training and onboarding support for new software and systems
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar technical support role
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems
• Strong knowledge of network fundamentals and basic troubleshooting
• Experience with IT ticketing and asset management systems
• Familiarity with hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Active Directory and user account management
• Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
• Experience with technical documentation and knowledge base creation
• Customer service orientation and user support experience
