Strategy
- Contribute field insights to inspection operation plans, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities for section leadership.
- Implement daily inspection operations in public and private parking areas; issue violations and monitor asset use in line with regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and reports for non-fee and private land parking; document findings and ensure timely resolution.
- Study violation appeals; compile evidence and forward cases to designated committees, executing decisions once issued.
- Verify inspectors’ uniform and ID compliance, providing guidance to maintain professional visibility.
- Report field incidents or suspicious vehicle activity, coordinating with Dubai Police to support swift, lawful action.
- Confirm that valid permits are in place before initiating control measures on company operated sites.
- Participate in developing and refining inspection procedures by submitting practical recommendations drawn from daily field experience.
- Physical Working Conditions
- Conduct frequent outdoor site inspections across parking zones and vacant lands.
- Role involves extensive fieldwork including day and night, emergency call-outs, and accident assessments.
- Work is conducted in live traffic environments and unpaved sandy areas where require adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Involves use of protective equipment and adhering to HSE protocols and coordinating closely with field teams.
