WSP is seeking an Intern to support business development activities within our P&B team. In this role, you will assist in understanding RFPs, preparing basic documentation, and supporting the development of proposals and client materials. WSP is seeking an Intern to support business development activities within our P&B team. In this role, you will assist in understanding RFPs, preparing basic documentation, and supporting the development of proposals and client materials. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional consultancy environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing Request for Proposals (RFPs) to identify key requirements.
- Support the preparation of Go/No-Go (GNG) documents.
- Help gather and compile bid content from different teams.
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Assist in preparing presentations and client-facing materials.
- Support the team with day-to-day business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support proposal submissions.
- Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in business development and client engagement.
