Job Description

Reporting to senior leadership, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving international business growth through the development of new client relationships and strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across Europe and other target international markets.
• Building relationships with accounting firms, advisory practices and professional services partners to generate referral opportunities.
• Developing and managing a pipeline of direct corporate clients requiring outsourced and advisory solutions.
• Representing the organisation at industry events, conferences and networking forums.
• Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Managing the full business development cycle, from prospecting through to commercial negotiations and deal closure.
• Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners to maximise revenue growth.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven business development or sales experience within professional services, outsourcing, accounting, tax, consulting or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing international markets and generating new business opportunities.
• Strong network within accounting firms, advisory firms or corporate decision-makers would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially driven with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Fluency in English is essential; an additional European language is highly preferred.
• Based in the UAE.
