Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Services/Operations Intern to support key business priorities and time-bound projects over a three-month period.

Responsibilities

• Support LEAP Services onboarding and documentation updates through SharePoint content management and cross-functional coordination.
• Analyze offload and shop visit invoice data to identify differences, trends, and potential sources of variation.
• Analyze data using Excel or other analysis tools, as needed.
• Support selected aspects of day-to-day tasks.
• Perform assignments where accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality are important.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently a university student in their 3rd or final year of study.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
