You will be part of the dynamic Food & Beverage team dedicated to delivering intuitive, refined, and heartfelt dining experiences. You will work closely with your Outlet Manager, Captains, and the wider F&B service team to ensure the smooth and elegant operation of the restaurant.

As a Waiter, you bring Rosewood’s Relationship Hospitality philosophy to life through thoughtful, anticipatory, and polished service. You will guide guests through their dining experience with confidence, ensure every detail meets our standards, and contribute to the seamless operation of the restaurant. Your role directly supports service excellence, guest satisfaction, and brand integrity.

• Provide warm, attentive, and refined service in accordance with Rosewood’s standards.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
• Serve food, coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages following proper techniques and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, wine/champagne offerings, and beverage profiles.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and graciously to enhance their dining experience.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of assigned stations throughout service.
  

• You bring strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a passion for exceptional service.
• You remain calm under pressure and handle guest needs with confidence and courtesy.
• You work well as part of a team and support your colleagues with flexibility and professionalism.
• You are organized, proactive, and able to follow procedures with care.
• You can operate POS systems and maintain strong coordination during busy service periods.
• You communicate clearly in English, with additional languages seen as an advantage.
