Key Responsibilities
This position provides exceptional exposure to the full spectrum of alternative investments within a lean, high-caliber team environment. You'll work closely with senior decision-makers while gaining hands-on experience across private equity, private credit, real assets, venture capital, and co-investments. The role offers significant responsibility early in your career and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to investment decisions at a global asset manager with a long-term investment mandate.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the full investment lifecycle across alternative asset classes including private equity, private credit, real assets, venture capital, and co-investments
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modelling, and scenario analysis for new investment opportunities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative due diligence on external managers, direct investments, and co-investment opportunities
- Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, IC presentations, and supporting materials for internal approval
- Analyse fund structures, terms, and legal documentation in collaboration with external advisors
- Monitor portfolio performance, prepare quarterly reviews, and support ongoing portfolio management activities
- Track market trends, sector themes, and macro developments relevant to private markets
- Coordinate with external GPs, advisors, banks, and service providers as required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline
- CFA or progress toward CFA is preferred
- Analyst level: 1-2 years of relevant experience in private equity, private credit, asset management, or alternative investments
- Senior Analyst level: 3-4 years of relevant experience with demonstrable exposure to private market transactions
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Experience reviewing investment structures, fund terms, and transaction documentation
- Highly detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Commercial mindset with intellectual curiosity across alternative asset classes
