About the Role

We are seeking experienced IT Business & Technical Support Specialists to support various operational departments within a leading government entity. The selected candidates will work closely with business users and IT teams to deliver technical solutions, system enhancements, reporting, automation initiatives, and user support services.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Support application enhancements and system development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions.
  • Support system integration activities and API-related projects.
  • Participate in testing, implementation, and user acceptance activities.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in AI, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation.
  • Deliver end-user training and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–8+ years of relevant IT experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Power BI / Dashboard Development
    • System Integration & APIs
    • Application Development
    • Artificial Intelligence & Automation
    • Business Analysis
    • Technical Support & Troubleshooting
    • Software Testing & Implementation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Arabic and English language proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience within government entities, education institutions, or large operational environments is an advantage.
