Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, PMP or CGEIT are advantageous.

Experience

  • 8–12 years in IT Strategy, IT Governance or Digital Transformation.
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Banking experience preferred.

  • Develop, maintain, and periodically review the Bank's IT Strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate business priorities into multi-year IT strategic roadmaps.
  • Conduct annual strategy reviews and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with digital, AI, cloud, cybersecurity and resilience strategies.
  • Strategy Execution & Performance Management
  • Develop and maintain the IT Strategy execution roadmap.
  • Track strategic initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks and benefits realization.
  • Develop and cascade IT strategic KPIs across IT departments.
  • Monitor performance against strategic objectives and recommend corrective actions.
  • Strategic Governance & Executive Reporting
  • Prepare executive dashboards and reports for IT Management and IT Steering Committee.
  • Coordinate strategy governance meetings and periodic reviews.
  • Monitor execution progress and escalate deviations.
  • Maintain compliance with the IT Strategy Governance Framework.
  • Technology Transformation & Innovation
  • Drive strategic technology transformation initiatives.
  • Assess emerging technologies including AI, Cloud, Automation and Data Analytics.
  • Recommend technology investments aligned with business priorities.
  • Support Digital Factory and innovation governance.
