  • SUMMARY

The Junior Trouble Shooter attends and solves all breakdowns and call backs on his route. He has at least 150 units under maintenance in his area of responsibility.

  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company
  • Receive, use and maintain his Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Receive, use and maintain his tools
  • Conduct 10 Rules Audit
  • Corrective Maintenance activities
  • Repairs and spare parts replacements as instructed
  • Execute action plans to reduce the entrapment cases / breakdowns / call backs on his run
  • Support Trouble Shooters to develop action plans, execute action plan to reduce repeated breakdowns
  • Conduct quality inspections on third party equipment as instructed
  • Fill and submit checklist or reports pertaining to the activities
  • Conduct safety and quality inspections on the equipment as and when instructed
  • Report to Trouble Shooter/Service Engineer/Service Manager/Management any abnormalities detected
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education/Experience:
  • Mechanical / Electrical Diploma Holder
  • 6 years in elevator field (Elevator & Escalator Background; preventive & corrective Maintenance)
  • Knowledge/skills:
  • Decision-making skills
  • Tagalog, Hindi/Urdu
