Detailed Job Description
- Perform MLT for Non-sterile products (Raw material, Packaging material, Semi-finished product) and related documentation.
- Perform Bioburden test for Prefiltration samples and related documentation.
- Perform water testing, releasing and related documentation.
- Perform microbiology lab supporting activity and related documents.
- Perform microbiology culture testing (Maintaining, sub-culturing, GPT) and related documents.
- Results entry through SAP system.
- Monitor temperature of area and equipment through Vaisala/SIRIUS system.
- Ensure to maintain online compliance and documentation in all assigned works.
- Involve in Internal and External Audits.
- Ensure to maintain online compliance and documentation in all assigned works.
- Follow safety precautions and good laboratory practices in the working area.
- Follow data integrity and Good Documentation Practices.
- Prepare SOPs and microbiology Qualification / validation documents.
- Report any deviations/OOS/OOL/excursions observed.
- Handling eQMS Activities through Amplelogic system.
- Execute daily operations in compliance with EMS and HSE standards, using appropriate PPE and safe practices.
- Identify, reduce, and prevent environmental impacts and operational risks.
- Contribute to EHS activities, audits, and continual improvement initiatives. Qualification/ Functional Knowledge
- BSc/Master’s degree in microbiology or any biological science.
- 0-3 years experience in pharmaceutical microbiology lab.
- Proficient with computer software application (MS word, MS excel, PPT).
