Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological testing for sterile and non-sterile samples, including LBPC, BET, MLT, and bioburden testing.
- Conduct water testing, environmental monitoring, and microbiological assay testing.
- Maintain, sub-culture, identify, and perform GPT on microbiological cultures.
- Complete laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements.
- Enter test results into SAP and monitor equipment and area temperatures through Vaisala/SIRIUS systems.
- Support microbiology laboratory operations and quality compliance activities.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Prepare SOPs, qualification, and validation documents.
- Report deviations, OOS, OOL, and excursions as required.
- Manage eQMS activities through the Amplelogic system.
- Follow safety procedures and good laboratory practices at all times.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or a related Biological Science.
- Knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and GMP laboratory practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP, eQMS systems, or laboratory monitoring systems is an advantage.
