About The Role

The Luxury Closet is looking for a VIP Admin Assistant who will work with the VIP Client Relations team, help in connecting and coordinating with the VIP clients, help acquiring new clients, maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional service. If you have a passion for luxury products and fashion will enjoy the role!

Responsibilities

• Prospect existing connections and develop connections with new consignors. These contacts include stylists, personal shoppers, boutique owners, sales associates, and individual consignors.
• Handle front-end customer administrative tasks and client servicing inclusive of requests related to financial, logistics, and other operational account support.
• Meet with consignors in their homes to procure their luxury merchandise.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing consigners to increase the business.
• Maintain a seamless flow of communication with multiple departments including merchandising, accounting and customer service.
• Achieve the monthly consignment targets for the assigned geographic market.
• Develop and implement action plans to continually increase consignment with The Luxury Closet.
  
  

Requirements

• Flexible to work 6 days a week, rotational offs and rotational shifts.
• Ability to work under pressure and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of multiple luxury brands is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Pro-active service delivery attitude - willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on approach.
• MS Office expertise: Word and Excel.
