Role : Junior Lawyer - Enforcement
Location : ADIB HQ

Role Purpose:

 To support litigation team in managing legal cases, executions and enforcement files.

Key Accountabilities of the role
Report to Legal Counsel:


  • Assist and Handling litigation cases and execution files related to court judgments and legal claims.
  • Track execution actions and follow up with relevant authorities when required.
  • Maintain organized case files and legal documentation
  • Update and maintain case records in the e-case system, update and upload court documents, hearings decisions and results in the e-case system.
  • Prepare legal opinion, internal and external legal reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and stakeholders to obtain documents required for legal cases.
  • Provide cases status updates to internal stakeholders when requested.







    • Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
    • Bachelor’s degree in law
    • Good communication and coordination abilities.
    • Good organizational and file management skills.
