What You'll Do
- Support to operations manager in areas of treatment planning, supply chain management and data management
- Support to operations manager in areas of clinic partnerships
- Process, monitor and resolve transactions that occurs through the day accurately
- Communicate with other internal departments to handle processing requests
- Ensure patient confidentiality is always protected
- Work on any other ad-hoc operational tasks as required
- At least a bachelor degree
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, no experience required
- Problem solving-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail, has initiative and able to work tight deadlines
- Ability to learn fast and to come up with creative solutions to operational problems
- Interest to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Great communication skills
- Experience at a tech, beauty or medical company
- Experience in sales or operation
- Study business administration, marketing, or operations at a top university
- Fluent in English and Arabic
