Junior Program Coordinator

We are looking for a Junior Program Coordinator to support our advisory team. In this role, you will help coordinate tasks and track milestones for a major engagement where our partner provides operational support for a logistics network. You will work closely with our partners to keep projects moving forward, ensuring that our advisory work translates into concrete ground reality. This is a full-time, permanent position structured under a hybrid arrangement, combining independent remote work with collaborative, in-person alignment sessions at our local office space. This format allows you to balance focused execution at home with productive team planning in person.

What you will do

• Track program timelines, project milestones, and critical action items to ensure administrative objectives stay on schedule.
• Gather and organize operational updates from various counterparties, ensuring the advisory team has an accurate picture of ongoing activities.
• Help prepare clear, factual status reports and decision-support materials that senior leadership can read quickly and act upon.
• Organize and document project meetings, capturing the core decisions, next steps, and counterparty feedback.
• Assist in conducting straightforward research on competitor actions and regulator updates within the territory.
• Maintain the central project database, archiving files systematically so that the team always has the latest information.
• Act as a dependable point of contact for routine scheduling and communication across different project workstreams.
