About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Junior Receptionist, where you will play a key role in delivering the signature service and operational excellence that define RIU Dubai.

In this role, you’ll thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced city while being part of a pioneering hotel concept that stands out in the Middle East’s competitive hospitality market.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests or visitors with a warm and professional attitude and Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures, attends to every guest requests the best way possible.
• Keeps updated on the system operation and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor/HOD.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, or other departments as needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or Customer Service.
