We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior System Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our IT infrastructure, data management, and hardware configuration. You will work with a variety of systems and tools to assist in maintaining the efficiency of our technology environment.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior System Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our IT infrastructure, data management, and hardware configuration. You will work with a variety of systems and tools to assist in maintaining the efficiency of our technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports in Excel for data analysis.
- Assist with data management, including organizing, cleaning, and structuring datasets.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware devices, including tablets, printers, and laptops.
- Support end-users with technical issues related to hardware setup and performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) for reporting and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of hardware configuration, particularly with tablets, printers, and laptops.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking and system administration concepts.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT Service Management frameworks.
