Key Account Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join a rapidly expanding nephrite jade manufacturer in Ras Al Khaimah. Managing customers across China and Hong Kong, you will develop relationships with wholesalers, distributors, resellers and jewellery retailers. Direct nephrite jade experience, professional Mandarin and English, and willingness to relocate to the UAE are essential.

A rapidly expanding nephrite jade manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and develop its customer base across China and Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for strengthening existing customer relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities and supporting continued revenue growth across wholesalers, distributors, resellers and jewellery retailers.

This is a highly specialised position requiring direct commercial experience within the nephrite jade industry. The successful candidate will combine strong product knowledge with proven B2B sales capabilities and the confidence to work independently within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organisation.

Key responsibilities

* Manage and develop relationships with key customers across China and Hong Kong
* Strengthen existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
* Build relationships with wholesalers, distributors, resellers and jewellery retailers
* Understand customer requirements relating to product quality, design, pricing, volume and delivery
* Present the company's nephrite jade products and manufacturing capabilities to prospective customers
* Negotiate commercial terms and support the successful closing of sales
* Coordinate customer requirements with production, design and internal commercial teams
* Maintain accurate account information, sales records, forecasts and pipeline reports
* Monitor market activity, customer demand and competitor developments
* Provide management with relevant market intelligence and customer feedback
* Support commercial planning, pricing discussions and revenue forecasting
* Represent the company professionally across Chinese- and English-speaking business environments

Candidate requirements

* Three to five years of direct commercial experience within the nephrite jade industry
* Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, key account management or business development
* Strong knowledge of nephrite jade products, customers and commercial practices
* Experience serving customers in China and/or Hong Kong
* Professional Mandarin and English communication skills
* Existing relationships with nephrite jade buyers, wholesalers, distributors, resellers or jewellery retailers would be highly advantageous
* Strong commercial awareness, numerical ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer relationships
* Proactive, resilient and results-driven approach
* Comfortable working in a direct, fast-paced and rapidly expanding organisation
* Willingness to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
