• Ensures smooth running of the Kids club service on a day to day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction.
• Has complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the resort.
• Maintains the authenticity of the Kids club service
• Inspect equipment to detect wear and damage and perform adjustments.
• Check and collect supplies from the stores according to resort procedure.
• In charge of the daily and weekly Kids Program
• Provide information about facilities, Children activities options, and rules and regulations
• Record details of attendance.
• Monitor Children activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures, or arrange for the removal of unruly patrons.
• Promote Children activities.
• Clean children equipment, vehicles, facilities, or grounds.
• To ensure that guests & children expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
• Handle customer complaints if possible, or reports to the supervisors.
• Explain safety devices to Children, and provide them with directions for fastening devices.
• Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
• Be punctual, efficient and courteous at all time with guest, children and fellow employees alike.
• Attend meetings and training and babysitting as required by supervisors.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.

• Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the resort.
• Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of child safety, health, and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with children of different ages in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
• Patient, caring, and approachable with children.
• Responsible and attentive to children's safety and well-being.
• Creative and able to keep children engaged through fun and educational activities.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
