We’re looking for a Kitchen Steward who’s passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times to join our production team in Dubai.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Kitchen Steward who’s passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times to join our production team in Dubai.
Main Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
- Wash pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery using manual or machine methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and stock handling when required.
- Ensure proper storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to supervisors.
- Support kitchen operations during busy periods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a kitchen steward or in a similar role
- Experience working in kitchens, restaurants, or food production environments.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP is an advantage).
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and dishwashing machines.
- Must be currently based in Dubai
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures.
- Knowledge of safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Team player with good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
