Responsibilities


Our newest opportunity is for a talented Landscape Inspector to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.



The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site inspection, quality control, and compliance monitoring of landscape works, ensuring alignment with project specifications, international standards, and client expectations.


We envisage success in this role to include;


  • Supervise and inspect all landscape construction activities including softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and associated civil works.
  • Ensure that all landscaping work is carried out in compliance with the approved drawings, specifications, local authority regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor contractors’ progress and performance, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of activities.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports for landscape-related elements.
  • Review and comment on contractors’ method statements, materials submittals, and shop drawings.
  • Coordinate with other site inspectors, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any non-conformances identified.
  • Assist the Resident Engineer / Landscape Engineer in monitoring the progress of landscaping works and resolving site issues.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.



Qualifications


To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 7 years of work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.



Candidates with experience in softscape/landscape inspection on large-scale infrastructure projects in the UAE are preferred.
