Lash Artist

As a Lash Artist, you will play a key role in delivering premium lash treatments that enhance natural beauty while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lash treatments, including classic, hybrid, Russian volume, mega volume, lash lifts, and lash tinting.

• Provide thorough consultations and offer professional advice on suitable lash treatments, styling, and aftercare.

• Walk clients through each treatment to ensure they fully understand the procedure and expected results.

• Address clients' needs and concerns professionally, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and encouraging repeat visits.

• Build strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention.

• Recommend and upsell suitable products, treatments, and packages where appropriate.

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation within your treatment area and throughout the salon.

• Stay up to date with the latest lash techniques, trends, and products, introducing new ideas where appropriate.

• Perform all lash treatments exclusively within Brau salons.

• Participate in marketing activities, including pop-up events, complimentary treatments for influencers and models, and photoshoots.

• Assist with assessing prospective Lash Artists and supporting the onboarding process where required.

• Provide training and guidance to Brau artists when required and help maintain consistently high treatment standards across the team.

• Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with Brau's service standards, health and safety procedures, and hygiene protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience performing professional lash treatments, including Classic, Hybrid, Russian Volume, Mega Volume, Lash Lifts, and Lash Tinting.

• Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail and precision in lash styling and application.

• Exceptional communication skills with a client-focused approach and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Sales-driven with the confidence to recommend suitable treatments, aftercare, and retail products to support business growth.

• Flexible and adaptable to rotating shifts, weekends, and the operational needs of the business.

• Excellent understanding of salon hygiene standards, health and safety procedures, and best practices within the beauty industry.
