About The Role

As a Laundry Pressman, you bring the Asian art of hosting to life through every detail—carefully finishing garments and linens to create a sense of comfort and confidence for our guests. With precision, care, and pride in your craft, you deliver a polished experience that reflects our commitment to excellence and creates everyday moments of joy.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate steam presses, ironing machines, and finishing equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Apply the correct temperature, pressure, and pressing method for various materials, from delicate silks to heavy cottons.
• Inspect items before and after pressing to identify stains, damage, or imperfections, ensuring only top-quality items are delivered.
• Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards to maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Work closely with the Laundry team to maintain smooth operations.
  
  

About You

• Minimum 1 year experience in 5* luxury hotel in the same role.
• Full understanding of different textiles and their proper care.
• Knowledge of various pressing instructions and advanced pressing techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English language.
• A positive and friendly attitude towards guests and fellow employees.
